1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options. All payment methods will be available during the checkout process.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Shipping typically takes 7-14 business days.
  • International Orders: Delivery usually takes between 14-31 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
    Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like weather, holidays, or delays with the carrier.

3. Where do you ship?
We offer shipping to the United States and select international locations. For a list of countries we ship to, please check our shipping page.

4. How can I track my order?
Tracking information will be uploaded as soon as possible after your order is shipped. You can check the status of your order on our Track Your Order page.

5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

6. How do I start a return?
To start a return, please visit our Returns & Exchanges Page and follow the instructions. You’ll need to provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.

7. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., receiving a damaged or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

8. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. You will be notified via email once your refund has been issued.

9. How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be uploaded to your account once your order has shipped. You can check the tracking details on our Track Your Order page. If you do not receive tracking information within 2-3 business days after placing your order, please contact us at themandestore@gmail.com

10. Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery, so we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been submitted. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you.
